A player for the Raiders seems to have sustained a season-ending injury.

This Friday, the Las Vegas Raiders made two announcements, one of which was the injury reserve designation of linebacker Kyler Fackrell.

The Raiders have effectively ended Fackrell's chances of playing for them this year by taking this action.

If Fackrell finds up on another roster, he may still play this season. He will, however, currently be absent from the forthcoming season.

Fackrell, who played for the Los Angeles Chargers in 2021, has three sacks and 17 total tackles. This is sad news for him.

For the Green Bay Packers, Fackrell had a career year in 2018 with 42 tackles and 10.5 sacks. He got a deal with the New York Giants two years later.

The Raiders signed running back Austin Walter as their second move.Walter, a rookie undrafted out of Rice, signed with the San Francisco 49ers in 2019.
