Crispy Paneer Recipe

Make a thin batter using ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, salt, cornflour, and water in a mixing bowl. Dip paneer cubes in batter and deep fried till golden brown. 

 In a pan, heat the oil and add the green chilies, garlic, ginger-garlic paste, schezwan sauce, and sesame seeds, cooking for a few seconds. 

 Fill a bowl halfway with water, chili sauce, and soy sauce. Season with salt, sugar, and black pepper. Toss the fried paneer cubes into the sauce that has been created.

Green onion and sesame seeds can be used to garnish the dish. Crispy paneer is ready! Serve immediately.
