DeAndre Hopkins Sent the NFL a 4-Word Message

DeAndre Hopkins, a receiver with the Cardinals, posted a message on Monday to his 1.5 million Instagram followers.

"FREE ME I'm innocent."
In a statement last month on Hopkins' suspension, the NFLPA disputed some of the information in the media regarding the All-Pro wide receiver's PED test.

DeAndre Hopkins was suspended on May 2, 2022, according to the NFL Network, after testing positive for a substance that was "prohibited plus a diuretic or masking agent/attempt to substitute

 dilute or adulterate a specimen/attempt to manipulate a test result." This information was false because Hopkins never tested positive for a diuretic or a masking agent

 and there was zero proof that anyone tried to substitute, dilute, or adulterate any specimens or falsify a test.

Hopkins tested positive for a very small amount of the drug Ostarine, which the NFL forbids.
