Dessert with a lot of protein

When we think of dessert, we think of chocolate-filled pastries, brownies, or even maple-glazed pancakes with fruit on the side.

Whatever the case may be, desserts are frequently associated with being unhealthy. However, this isn't always the case! These delectable delicacies may always be made in a healthy manner! 

Now, we understand that this may seem unachievable, but you'd be amazed to find how we may combine various elements to produce something delicious and healthful.

Take the rajgira seeds and gently toast them. Then, using warm water, form a paste out of dates that have been deseeded. 

Combine them with quinoa, almonds, peanut butter powder, coconut oil, your favorite milk, and a pinch of salt. 

Once the mixture is complete, chill it overnight to allow it to solidify. Then cut it into little pieces and enjoy!
