Buckwheat is a popular fasting food during the Hindu festival of Navratri. 

This grain is gluten-free. Buckwheat is high in proteins, vital minerals, and vitamins, making it an excellent choice for diabetics. Kuttu paratha is a simple dish to prepare. 

To cut down on oil and butter, many individuals opt for boiled eggs instead of omelets or scrambled eggs. Try a stir-fry dish if you don't like plain boiled eggs. 

To make it, heat up some oil in a skillet. Mix in one dried red chile, curry leaves, ginger, and garlic. Now add one chopped onion and one diced tomato and simmer till soft.

Soak the gram overnight to create black chana chaat. Fill a pressure cooker halfway with water and come to a boil. 

 Combine the coriander, green chile, onion, boiling potato, chaat masala, ground cumin, lemon juice, and salt in a mixing bowl. Your chaat is now ready.
