In Just 10 Minutes, Learn How To Make Tawa Pulao

Weekdays can be stressful at times, especially when we have to juggle work and domestic responsibilities. Furthermore, cooking the daily meals adds to the stress!

So, what do we do now? Let us assure you that skipping meals is not on the menu. In that circumstance, the next best choice is to order dinner from a restaurant outside of town.

Cauliflower, beans, carrots, ghee, onions, tomatoes, garam masala, salt, coriander, mint, birista (browned onion), and, of course, precooked rice are all needed to make tawa pulao.

Cut the vegetables and blanch them first. Then, in a pan, melt ghee and add onions.

Saute until the onions are golden brown. After that, toss in the tomatoes and garam spice.

Finally, add the pre-cooked rice and salt to the tawa and thoroughly combine everything. Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves, mint leaves, and birista.
