Las Vegas casino gives'retired' elves free drinks

No longer use your "Elf of the Shelf"? Las Vegas casino wants to retire it.
The Silverton is seeking Las Vegas parents to contribute "shelf elves" for its "BAD ELF" pop-up Christmas bar later this year

The property will provide retiring pixies a new home in the bar, which it calls "home to all reels without a Claus."

The "over-the-top" Christmas bar debuts in November. The Silverton claims hundreds of string lights, enormous decorations, and "retired" elves enchant visitors.

Those that ship their elves to Silverton receive:
Retirement certificate
A free cocktail voucher for Las Vegas
Silverton Casino will give a toy on their behalf.

The Silverton suggests include a message with the elf's name, hometown, and address to deliver the certificate and drink ticket

It's at Silverton Casino, 3333 Blue Diamond Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89139.
Shelf Elves may be returned to Silverton Casino's Rewards counter.
