Make a tasty and healthy Mint Paratha in no time.

First and foremost, you must make your own mint masala. If you prepare the mint masala ahead of time, parathas will be ready in no time.

3 tablespoons dry mint leaves powder, 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 1 tablespoon amchur powder, 1 teaspoon white salt, 1 teaspoon black salt,

1 teaspoon roasted cumin, 1 pinch asafoetida 1 tsp red chili powder, thoroughly combined

In a mixing bowl, combine flour and mint masala. Add chopped green chile and garlic-onion to it as well. The dough should then be kneaded with water.

After that, allow the dough to rest for 5 minutes before preparing the paratha dough.

The paratha can now be roasted on the tawa and served with chutney or pickle.
