Make Moong Dal Chaat incredibly simple to prepare and delicious to consume.

Cut the green mango, onion, tomato, and capsicum into small pieces before preparing the moong dal chaat. Peel and grate the carrot as well. Keep each vegetable separate.

 Add enough water to a pressure cooker and cook the moong dal for two to three whistles. Make sure it is finished, then place it in a bowl.

Next, heat some oil in a pan over a medium flame. Salt, ginger, and garlic paste, and cooked moong dal should all be added to the pan. For one minute, fry this mixture.

 Add carrot, onion, tomato, raw mango, and other ingredients to the pan and cook for a minute.

 After this mixture has finished cooking, turn off the heat and stir in the lemon juice. It has been thoroughly combined.

Before serving, place the moong dal chaat in a serving dish and top with sev and coriander leaves.
