On Saturday afternoon, someone shot and killed a man in Chicago Lawn on the South West Side.
The 42-year-old man was shot in the head around 1:30 p.m. in the 2400 block of West 63rd Street, according to Chicago police.
Police said that he was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he was pronounced dead. His name has not been given out by the authorities.
