"Non-violent s*xual assault" is at the heart of Judge Robinson's decision on Deshaun Watson

On Monday, Judge Sue L. Robinson determined that Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson had done exactly what the league had accused him of doing.

Different factors led her to limit Watson's suspension to six games.

Watson was found guilty of "non-violent s*xual assault," according to the prosecutor.

She also discovered, based on previous history, that the sentence requested by the league for a non-violent s*xual assault was unjustified.

For earlier incidents involving non-violent s*xual assault, Judge Robinson notes on page 13 of her judgement that "the most severe sanction for a player who has been previously cautioned about his behaviour.

The NFL and the NFL Players Association worked out a deal that resulted in Winston's suspension.
