Recipe for Oats Mini Uttapam

Oats Mini Uttapam Ingredients - 1/2 cup Oats
Add salt as needed.
1/2 cup carrots, grated
1/3 cup cayenne pepper (green chilli)
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

as necessary capsicum (yellow)
a third of a cup of semolina
1 tablespoon of green chilies
a third cup of paneer
4 tbsp sour curd thick

as needed, ground black pepper
Making Oats Mini Uttapam is simple.
To begin, grind the oats until they are a powder in a grinder.

Remove the oats powder from the bowl and replace it with semolina.
Mix in the curd and a little water.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well and set aside for 2 minutes.

Over it, sprinkle chopped carrot, paneer, green chili, yellow capsicum, and capsicum. Cook on low heat with the lid on. Once one side has become golden brown, flip it. 

Your small uttapam is ready to serve when both sides are crisp and golden brown. They're also good with ketchup or green mint chutney.
