To begin, heat the milk in a sauce saucepan to a boil. Combine cornstarch, Rooh Afza syrup, and water in a mixing dish.
After the milk has been brought to a boil, stir in the cornstarch mixture well. Make certain there are no lumps. Mix in slightly more Rooh Afza syrup well.
Prepare the popsicles now. Take frozen bananas and mix them well in one of the bowls. Mix in the Rooh Afza syrup and basil seeds. Take the popsicle moulds and fill them with Rooh Afza syrup.
