According to ESPN NFL source Field Yates, wide receiver Kawaan Baker of the New Orleans Saints has been suspended for the first six games of the 2022 NFL season. With a pick in the seventh round of the 2021 draught, the Saints chose Baker.

In response to these revelations, the Saints declared that Baker, who will turn 24 before the 2022 season begins, had broken the NFL's policy on performance-enhancing drugs.

The former South Alabama star spent the majority of the 2021 season on the practise squad and saw action in just two games for the Saints.
