Sandwiches with Egg Bhurji

Step 1: Beat the eggs.In a dish, crack the eggs open. Add a pinch of salt and mix well.

Add the whisked eggs to the pan and immediately stir and scramble them with a spatula. 

Take a piece of bread and cover it with butter. On another piece, spread mint chutney. To prepare a sandwich, insert some of the Anda Bhurji into the slices.
