Tom Brady's potential punishment is decided by the NFL.

The NFL released its findings about the Miami Dolphins' attempts to tamper with Tom Brady. 

Tom Brady, the quarterback for the Buccaneers, won't be punished for the tampering, according to a source.

The NFL confirmed on Tuesday that its investigation into the alleged tampering involving the Miami Dolphins was complete. Tom Brady, the current Buccaneers' quarterback,

 and the Dolphins were discovered to be working together before Brady joined the team, as well as during and after the 2021 season.

The Dolphins lost their first-round and third-round draught picks in 2023 and 2024, respectively. Additionally, their owner received a fine and a suspension for the organization's acts

Brady won't be punished in any way for the tampering involving the Miami Dolphins and himself, according to NFL spokesperson Brian McCarthy.
