In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat some oil and stir-fry the garlic, ginger garlic paste, and onions over high heat until golden brown. Now add the paneer and allow it to colour slightly. 

After the celery and mushrooms, add the red and green capsicum, as well as the carrot. Stir everything together thoroughly. 

Toss the veggie mixture with salt, black pepper powder, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar. Toss in the noodles and stir well until everything is fully combined.
